Rule One: When you do actually locate Meyers Orts on Ancestry, bookmark it!

Try this: In Ancestry, go to Search, scroll down to Europe, then Germany, then look for the category "Maps, Atlases & Gazetteers".
Now scroll down [about 6 lines] to "Meyers Gazetteer of the German Empire." I don't know why using any of those terms as keywords doesn't result in finding Meyers!
