I am having problems viewing certain images in the 1910 Census. All but one twp in Indiana county, PA seems to have disappeared immediately after their upgrade. I remember viewing the image that is the subject of my frustration previously, but wanted to check a couple of details and now I can't. Anyone know how long this mess is going to last? It's been a couple of days now, and the frustration with this is just growing by the day. I had just renewed a subscription and purchased another, I think that I have all but the UK now, and for that kind of money, I would expect things to work.

I realize that the folks at Ancestry.com are just people, but testing before going live with something, on another server with a copy of the database would be preferred. And to top it all off, when I emailed tech support about the problem, I got this inane answer that made it seem like they thought I was a moron. I've been using their site for about 5 years now. I DO know how to search, and I usually check and see if I can access other images before emailing them, just to make sure that the problem isn't on my end.

Hope that they can get this fixed soon, or give me some compensation for my wasted time like extending my subscription by the number of days inconvenienced.
