There is a way to report a problem, but I could only find it on the standard view. If you are in standard view, there is a "report a problem" link on the upper right hand side of the window, in the green bar. If you are in the interactive view, go to the green "actions" button in the upper right hand corner, you will get a drop down menu with"options" near the bottom. Click on "options" and near the bottom of that pop up window is "switch to non interactive viewer". Ancestry may be paying attention to problems reported thru that mechanism, one can but hope.
