The 1940 Scott Township, Marion County, Ohio, enumeration district 51-49 are totally useless as posted on Ancestry.

On the National Archives site, the writing is faint, but readable. But on Ancestry.com the images are totally unreadable. It appears that Ancestry might have tried fixing the light writing by turning UP the contrast. But "brightening" the image has rendered 90% of the imformation unusable.

So what I would like to know is this an isolated district, or are there other districts having this same problem. This is the ONLY district that I have looked in to have this issue.

But something is wrong when you can read the document online at the archives site, but not on Ancestry.
