I cancelled my subscription just now. I did it after my last tech support ticket was just deleted and never addressed. Then I called about the fact that under Tree Hints some people will not merge with the one world tree and it says "System unavailable" and it has been doing that for a year for those people. The two little girls that answered the phone didn't know what a hint was or the merge feature. They got rude when I was displeased that they didn't know their own product.
