--- Did you search for "shoebox" in Ancestry Help? Instructions are there. To access your Shoebox, click the "My Ancestry" tab at the top. To add records to your Shoebox, click "Save Record" (when applicable).

--- You are mistaken about this. There is ONE set of message boards with different "wrappings" for Ancestry and RootsWeb. A fix on one is a fix on the other.
