I'm not sure why you would write to an Ancestry-sponsored board about a problem, and then bash Ancestry in the process, and then expect any help from Ancestry.

However, since you said you've had this problem for the "past few days", that implies it occurred over the weekend. This is just Tuesday morning, so I'll bet you get a response from Ancestry help quite soon. Be sure and ask them "what else is new" when they do help you with your problem.
