Is anyone having problems accessing their subscriptions at Genealogy.com? I cannot access my subscription at all. My name does not even come up in the Welcome!

I am only posting on ancestry's message board because my user name and password won't work at genforum.com either!

I called customer service... They are only open week days.

I also have a subscription to Ancestry.com - which - by the way has a much better search engine, and searching for people in AWT files is so much more likely to hit on exactly who I am looking for.
