For the 2nd time in 3 days I am having problems with Sync. I had to unlink and relink my tree the other day before I found out Ancestry was having problems with Sync. Now none of the 22 people who had access to my tree still have access.
Today I am getting the same problem but I am not relinking my tree again. I called and the girl I got said they were not having Sync problems but the first two girls I talked to the other day said the same thing.
I made a Sync report at the advice of the girl I talked to today. I see it on my desktop and I hope a copy was also sent to you?
I am trying to Sync now for the 3rd time today. I have restarted Family Tree Maker twice and my computer twice and so far it hasn't licked off. It is still preparing data for download and has been for about 5 minutes.

Re "copy sent to you," you need to know that these are peer message boards, rather than a way to communicate with Ancestry staff. That said, since this appears to be a problem with FTM, you might want to try the FTM boards for possible help.
