This is interesting - I think you may have just proved the points I was trying to make. I see that you just joined Ancestry a few months ago, so you couldn't have lived through too many changes here. I have never whined about changes to ancestry's system in the 15 years I've used it (until now). I have complained about the lack of information that has been provided to us by AncestryDNA. Folks can view my message board posts if they want to check what I have said, and they can read my member profile to see what I'm about. The vast majority of my posts on message boards have been to share family information, and those are the type of posts I made on RootsWeb. I've never posted about anything at the other places you list.
When you create a new system that is not intuitive to use, and you release it to the majority of customers all at once, you better be prepared to provide the necessary customer support. When you ignore the feed back that you have been given from long time customers who have been given the opportunity to test the new system, you might expect those customers to leave. I'm just saying.....
