I have been a Member for some years but in the last few months I have experienced continuous Log-In problems. These are the same whether working Online or connecting my FTM. Whether I use my Password Manager or manually insert my details the result is the same - an indeterminable wait then a request to enter details again (and again and again and and ...). No exageration to say this can happen dozens of times before I manage to access. I am in Europe but I could probably fly half-way across the Atlantic in the time that my Tree is loading sometimes. I have used different Browsers, emptied Cache, used a different Computer etc etc but with no improvement. I do not believe that I am alone with these problems and Ancestry should improve the Service to Europe. I shall not be renewing my next Subscription.
