All of a sudden I'm receiving the following error message at the top of the page: "Error. There appears to be a problem with your email address. Click here to verify your email address."
I know my email address is okay -- I just received the February Update email from Ancestry on 02/11.
When I click on the link to try to "verify" my email address, there's no way to "verify" it, only enter a new one. On a whim, I tried to see if it would accept the current one, but it said it was already in use.
What do I need to do to get rid of the error message?
