have tried for the past 2 weeks to cancel my subscription online and via phone. Each call I have waited 10-15 minutes for an associate and have been unable to get thru. Each time I attempt to cancel via the website, and after entering my correct password, a green check mark appears then disappears and my subscription does not cancel. Due to your negligence, I have been charged a month subscription that I did not want. I only wanted to attempt to try and find some family information via a free trial. I am VERY UNHAPPY and demand a refund of that amount.
According to your refund policy, "For all renewals of subscriptions longer than one month, you may cancel within seven days of the renewal date and receive a full refund. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but you will not be eligible for a refund." Therefore, I wish for my subscription to be cancelled immediately and a full refund of the $19.99 back into the account that is attached to my subscription.
