Jumping Branch is in Summers County, W.Va. That's where it was last time I checked and I don't think the community has up stakes and moved to Massachusetts.

Garden Ground (Garden Grounds), W.Va., was listed as Mrs. Lowe's brother's place of birth in his obituary. I looked it up and, in deed, that's where it is. From that I can say with assurance that Mrs. Lowe's Garden Grounds is also in W.Va.
