The place to find help on Ancestry's Facebook page is "Posts to Page" on the left side of the page. I had problems with Ancestry this morning & a quick look at the posts told me I was not the only one. It didn't take long for the page administrator to acknowledge the problems. I'm really not a Facebook fan, but I do check Ancestry's page frequently.
