A fellow Ancestry.com member contacted me after seeing we had DNA matches. It turns out that she is, indeed, a relative of mine. I've tried replying to her message but am unable to. The message "Sorry, there was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later." kept appearing, which made me think maybe the site was going through some maintenance.

However, instead of replying to her message I tried sending her a message outright and the following appeared: "This member has chosen to not be contacted."

So my question is, how should I go about replying to her? She may not even remember that she made the selection to not allow to be contacted when setting up her profile.
