I'm subscribed to all but two of Ancestry's services. I have been receiving telephone calls from Ancestry.com trying to convince me to subscribe to One World Tree. They started out saying that I had two subscriptions coming up for renewal and would I like to change my subscription to full access for X amount of dollars (don't remember now the amount). I have my subscriptions spaced out so that there isn't one big chunk coming out of my bank account at one time, and the incessant bugging me for renewal information that is already available to Ancestry.com is making me wonder if they haven't sold my information to someone else that is trying to scam me. I have told the folks that call several times that I do not give out my credit card number to anyone over the phone unless I've called them and know that I am talking to who I think that I am, but they keep calling. It's almost enought to cancel my subscriptions because these folks just don't GET IT! I'm set up on auto-renewal, the funds will be debited from my account and my subscriptions will continue, just LEAVE ME ALONE! QUIT CALLING ME!
Is anyone else having this problem?????
