Bolton in Lancashire is far bigger than the others.

The broad search will start to pick up places that sound a bit like Bolton which I am not interested in but I do want Bolton-le-Moors, Little Bolton, Great Bolton all of which will quite commonly appear perhaps more often in some periods. And if possible districts of Bolton like Sharples Bolton, Great Lever Bolton which also will appear.

Including Lancashire will miss anyone who entered Lancaster and of course any mis-spellings (or mistranscriptions) which can happen.
