I just tried to attached a NC Marriage Collection record to a person in my tree, and that's the message I got. I have a US membership, and am trying to access US records. There are items I looked at this morning with no problem and now I get the above message. I'm on the phone with them now, but I'm beginning to think Ancestry isn't worth it anymore.
