I just called Ancestry asking for an explanation of the $204 fee, they told me it was an increase, announced through an email that I don't believe I received(or noticed) may be blocked by my email program. Anyway, told them I really dont use Acom much as my research has gone beyond US records and asked if the could do anything for me and considering canceling my subscription, they said, if I cancel now, I wont be refunded, instead they gave me another month of subscription.
Very disappointed, member since 2006, probably will not renew again.
