Starting today, when I click the button "Add Family Member" then select the type, it goes to a blacked out screen, instead of the normal screen. I have to go to the Edit menu, then add new people there. Problem started today. It was fine yesterday.
I use Firefox 17.0.1 (latest release version) on Windows 7 64 bit. When I go to IE 9, the screen works OK, but since I rarely use IE 9, it's not much help to me.
I have reported the problem to Ancestry.com customer support.
