Hi Joan, I to have had this problem for quite some time though occasional it doesn't occur either. I use IE almost exclusively so I can't say for sure whether I've had the issue in FF the other browser I use on occasion. I only clear my cookies, etc. at the end of the day. Hopefully the issue will be fixed eventually! Thanks again for everything! Dawn
