I've wondered about this. Is this something they have contracted with Find A Grave to duplicate - or just downloaded enough of the database to "create" their own index? Given past history, it just makes me wonder.

There are some who choose to contribute to certain databases and not contribute to others. Does this pose a problem for those people?
