Has anyone noticed that ancestry.com's latest TV ad seems to be using a picture of the famed opera diva Rosa Ponselle for what is supposed to be some woman's "Great-Grandma Cavanaugh?" If this is Ponselle (and it surely looks like one of her famous photos), how are they getting away with using it -- and wrongly at that?
