Anyone else having trouble with hints showing up when you click on a person in your tree?

I click on a family member name and nothing shows up. Then I click on edit for that person...change NOTHING at all...click save...go back to the person...low and behold hints appear. What's up with this? This changed after the last site "improvement". It's very aggravating!!
