When I go to either my tree or a profile page, the little green circle just spins. The little leaf never appears. It's been happening for about two weeks and other people are having the same problem. I've checked in three different browsers. In Firefox and Chrome, the circle just sits and spins and keeps "Searching". In IE, I don't get the circle at all. I've tried in the three different browsers on two different computers. So I don't think it's anything at my end. I suspect it has something to do with the revamp to the look and feel of the trees and profile pages that was rolled out a couple of weeks back.

I know I should be getting hints because if I do a manual "Search historical records" and look for matching trees, there are plenty of them. Even if I had no hints, it should do the search and stop, not just keep going indefinately.

It's very frustrating as the hints are one of my biggest uses for Ancestry.com.
