Hello Ancestry.com - MyCanvas was malfunctioning on 24 June 2009. I attempted to print an excerpt from a newspage from Ancestry.com in a custom format. After I completed the document as I wanted it and printed it, I was unable to save it. I kept getting a login box which ignored my attempts to login by any method. However, when I used the browser backup arrow I was returned to the home page for MyCanvas and I was obviously logged in. But, I was still unable to save my project. I sent a feedback message to Ancestry, but I have not heard from Ancestry.com about this problem. Consequently I have lost the document that I had worked so hard to prepare. I did save the browser info if that will help you retrieve my work. Please advise of your solutions.
