Does anyone remember when the old "unimproved" newsletter had a paragraph giving details about an update to a database? Is there a way to find that info now, or must one a) have a perfect memory of what was there before the update, or b) run all searches in that database again?

Example is "Immigration Collection Update: New York Petitions for Naturalization." What was added? A range of years? Which years?

The newsletter now features genealogical advice (really a "tips" newsletter), with almost NO news for subscribers. Why?
