At present there is no way to upload media to the revised Family Tree being transferred from New.FamilySearch.org to the main site, and they are still working on ways to add citations.

you can find little tidbits about plans and links to user documentation (which is revised after software changes are implemented, which is a continuing process).

Both plans and implementation are subject to change during this transition.

It will always be the case that what can be seen can be copied, and can be renamed and uploaded wherever.
