Is anyone else having major problems with the search function today? This morning I began experiencing major problems with the Ancestry search forms. Both the old and new forms are returning data unrelated to my search terms. The Ancestry customer service person I first spoke with experienced the same problem. Their technical people advised that I should "optimize my browser" and sent me instructions to do so. I was already using an optimized browser that they recommended, so I tried another of their recommended browsers and got the same results. I placed a second call to their customer service people and all they could do was prepare an "error report" and tell me that it could be up to a week or 10 days before the problem is resolved.
