Re: KEEP OLD SEARCH FOR CUSTOMERS I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR!
The details of the search engine are not listed in the contract therefore the contract is not voided when the search engine is changed.

Re: KEEP OLD SEARCH FOR CUSTOMERS I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR!
"Nonsense! You pay for what is offered at the time. Just like a contract, you change the details after a contract is reached, the contract is VOID."
You seem smart.

Re: KEEP OLD SEARCH FOR CUSTOMERS I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR!
And of course you don't use any new databases added since you last renewed because they were not in the contract.

Re: KEEP OLD SEARCH FOR CUSTOMERS I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR!
I hadn't really played with it til this evening. I have been looking for a death certificate for an uncle since 2010 that I had not been able to find. Now moving only the location bar it popped up and I also found another surprise. Can't complain about that.

Re: KEEP OLD SEARCH FOR CUSTOMERS I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR!
Paid for access to the data base with records that actually establish a link, for example. The "records" now are nothing more than names and just having the same name w/o a record to back it up is JUNK SCIENCE and not what we paid for

Re: KEEP OLD SEARCH FOR CUSTOMERS I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR!
TWO can play that game, the details of my credit information aren't listed either so I can withdraw my consent anytime

Re: KEEP OLD SEARCH FOR CUSTOMERS I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR!
The fact that every now and then you have a successful match in no way makes up for the 100s of dead end failures. You must work for the company

Re: OP wants Old Search and is willing to pay double and have everyone else pay double to keep him/her happy?
What you don't understand is that MOVE-ON should not equal BACKWARD PROGRESS, a deterioration of records provided
