I'm getting absolutely tired of getting this message every time I click on a match!!!

"Oops. It looks like some data isn't loading. Some things may be missing on the page below. Try again in a few minutes."

When are they going to fix these problems???

My 3rd cousin just got his results today. Really makes a good impression on newcomers when nothing works, doesn't it!

I'm also more than sick of getting this message every single time. Clearing cookies and cache made absolutely no difference, and I get the same result using different browsers.

I've tried 3 different browsers. I can't view the new matches I received today. The 3rd cousin I persuaded to do the test won't be able to do anything with his results.

A company as big as Ancestry should be able to fix a problem like this within a reasonable time. I've had it for 2 days now! I had a hard time making a list of my Duncan matches yesterday because of this. And, as I said, it doesn't make a very good impression on the people who are just seeing their results for the first time today!

Ancestry rolled out a new design yesterday. Try clearing your Ancestry cookies and retry. I was getting bad results and clearing cookies helped.

I just cleared my cookies, signed in and tried again. It didn't make one bit of difference! I got the same message on the very first match I clicked on.
