Are there others out there experiencing difficulty accessing DNA results? I click the “DNA” link on the ribbon and get a “HTTP 440 Bad Request” message. Same result when I click “Review Matches” from the email Ancestry sent this morning saying I have over 118 matches.

Which browser are you using? I can't view my dna pages in Safari, and a damaged version in Firefox. Some people are saying they have no problems using Chrome. Maybe switch to a different browser and try.

I'm using Chrome and page is not loading.
Thanks

I had that problem with Chrome a few days ago. I had to uninstall and reinstall the browser. It is now working well.

I'm running IE 10 on Windows 8. I have no other issues with the browser. Are there known issues with this browser? Seems silly to uninstall/install for a single site.

I've uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled as suggested and still can't access DNA results. This has been going on for a month! Any other suggestions?

I recently had the same problem with accessing dna results with chrome. All of my other browsers..internet explorer, safari, and firefox were ok as was chrome on ipad and safari on ipad (ipad chrome is a wrap-around the underlying safari).
After much hesitation, i fixed it by clearing my chrome cache and cookies..which wiped out the data I had collected from Jeff's chrome browswer which required me to rescan my dna matches to be able to located matches again (the whole reason for using chrome rather than one of the other browsers). I had copied the data to a different location on my computer and i think i could have restored that copy to avoid the rescan process, but i had an odd feeling that it had a bad piece of data in it from scanning a day or so before when ancestry might have been downloading new data to my list. Anyway, the cache/cookie clearing cleared up my problem.
I sort of hate the standard message from ancestry.com to clear your cache to solve any and all problems with their misbehaving website and i have found that most of the time it is a problem with them not me, but this time the old "clear your cache" fixed it for me.
(I realize that if you reinstalled chrome and that didn't work, the less invasive "cache clearing" might not work either but I thought this fix might be helpful to others.)

Not only does DNA page not load, the Get Help links won't load either. I am running IE 11 and this has been going on for months. I've done stuff (clear cache and uninstall java, update IE, update java, clear cookies,) nothing helps. I have emailed ancestry and never get a reply. I don't know why I pay money for this. Pathetic.

I have seen posts that there are problems with internet explorer 11 and ancestry.com. Others have said to run it in compatibility mode as a workaround.

Thankyou for your reply, yes I have tried that also with no luck. I am using Windows 7 by the way. Very odd, I can do search and view these forums and add to trees, just can't access the DNA or Help pages. This happened for several months last year and eventually things just started working again.
