I called Ancestry.com about the issues I am having with NOT getting matches on known relatives (who had their DNA done here as well) and the issue with tree hints (or lack of hints when I have matched-even copied and pasted from the others tree), and surnames not showing up when it shows "shared surnames". They wrote a work order, and requested the email address of a relative who did take the DNA through them, to compare.. I was hesitant to give them the info. (which I didn't) as if their DNA tests are accurate, this individual should show up quickly. I have concluded that I will stop paying the monthly fee (we are on month to month) until they fix these issues, why waste money on something that is not working properly.
