No, no work order number... Still having issues:-( I have been told that they have had a lot of complaints about the issue I am having. So hopefully they are working on getting it fixed? Not being a computer nerd, I am guessing they have their work cut out for them, as it is A LOT of data... I think if they announced known issues and or kept everyone up to date it would help. Also having better directions and information about DNA/ancestry tree would be helpful...
