My grandfather George William Freund was born September 10, 1890 somewhere in Illinois. His father's name was George Freund and mother's name was Rose maiden is unknown. He was adopted as a small child by a John Rott Family and lived in North Dakota. Can anyone give me any suggestions where to begin my search?
