I was born in 1935 to Alice Curtin. At the time she lived at 1322 E. 62nd Ave, Chicago, Illinois. No birth father listed. Her occupation said housekeeper in Private Residence. I believe she was 21 or 24 yrs. old when she gave birth. I was adopted from the Cradle in Evanston, Illinois. My birth name was Patricia Ann Curtin. Do not believe she was married so this would be her maiden name. Thanks for any help you can give me.
