I am trying to find out who my biological grandfather was and who his parents were etc... The only information I have is from my father's adoption letter which includes his name, Nelson LeRoy Miller and address at the time: USS Courlan, AMS 44, c/o Fleet Post Office, New York, NY. My father's biological mother was Bernadine (maiden name Puhalla, re-married name King) and they got divorced. On the adoption letter there are two dates listed on the bottom: August 23rd, 1951 or August 24, 1954, I am not sure which one is the year of the adoption, but think it is 51.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
