I am not looking to find her, (I don't even know if she is still alive.) just her name. I'd really love to have it in our family tree. As the story goes, she was born during the great depression and like a lot of people was sent to the orphanage and was adopted. Her birth parents names were Dewey B. Dokken and Marie Dokken (nee Iverson). I believe she was the born after the 5th child who was born in 1933. My Grandma recalls that she was adopted by a farmer and his wife. I know she isn't on any of the census and there is no birth certificate on this site. All of the children were born in Woodbury County, Sioux City IA, so I assume she was too. Is there another route to take to find this information?
