I am searching for my father's birth mother, Evelyn Minnie Tallmon. She was born around 1936 in Portland, Multnomah, Oregon. She had a child in 1953 or 54, my dad, David Lee with his father, Leland Orval Howe. They gave him up for adoption 3 days after his birth. I know nothing about her only what was on the birth certificate, Leland passed away in 1987, I don't think they were married.
