Hello, I am trying to help my cousin find her birth family but we don't have a lot to go on. Even her birthdate has been changed but it does have to be close because she was only a few weeks old when her adopting parents got her. We know she was born close to July 1979 around the Wheeling area and was born at Ohio Valley Medical Center. Record say Mother was a student at WVU and Father was a married Professor. The Name Booth or Boothe has been mentioned but not sure of it. Thank you for any help!!
