I am helping my cousin search for her birth Mother or Father. We don't have a lot to go on but I will tell you what we think we have. The birth records may have been changed.
She was born around July 1979 not sure of exacy date but she was a very small baby and could have been June or Aug.
Born in or around Wheeling WV at Ohio Valley Medical Center.
Records state Mother was a student at WVU and Father was a married Professor.
Adoption took place in Mercer County WV
She has brown hair and blue eyes and adopted name is Belcher.
