I was born in Milwaukee, WI in December 1970. Mother's maiden name Vi Ulrich. Don't know anything about my birth father except that he may have been of polish descent, was probably married with children at the time, and lived in the Milwaukee area. Name on my birth certificate was Tammy Lyn Ulrich, and was later adopted after my mother married. If anyone is looking for siblings or children please contact me.
