My husband is looking for his 2 half sisters. Their birth parents are Jo Ann and Brian Lafferty. We believe they were put into Washington State foster care and adopted in 1985.
Brian died April 2, 1982.

Karen Elizabeth was born November 26 1981.
Susan Joyce born June 30, 1982.

I believe the cities they could have been born in OAK HARBOR, WA or ANACORTES, WA.

My husband was raised by his maternal Grandparents after he was put into foster care in 1979.
His mother remarried and moved from Memphis, TN to Washington State. Not sure of the city in the late 70's.
