I am looking for information on the adoption of my great-grandmother, Bessie Spinks. She was born on Jan 2, 1881 and died Nov. 16, 1934. Her full name may have been Elizabeth Mae Spinks. She was said to be an American Indian and adopted by Elizabeth and Charles Spinks. Any information would be appreciated.
