I am looking for the birth mother of a male born on 12 February 1954 at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City. The birth mother is said to have worked as a waitress and a practical nurse. The child spent 18 days in the hospital before being placed with a family in Provo, Utah in early March, 1954.

The birth mother was 25 years old, the youngest of three children. Her two older brothers were ages 41 and 36. Her mother was deceased (born about 1892) and her father was 69 (born about 1885), and worked for the railroad, as did one of her brothers. The birth mother had been previously married, but divorced after four months.
