My husband was born 2/28/1954 in Dallas, Tx. His TX birth certificate indicates that he was a twin. We don't know if the twin was male/female and his adoptive parents were told the twin died. BC also says he was "legitimate," although we don't know if that info was changed when he was adopted. We know no other information re:birth family. He was adopted out of Hope Cottage.
