I am seeking information on birth children or grandchildren of Floyd Rogers. Floyd was born in Knoxville, TN in 1903 to William Thomas Rogers and Ellen Jane Cates.

He was married 1st to Cora Gibson. They had 4 children: Thelma who married a Harold Loeblein (never adopted out) - would love to contact with Thelma's children.
William (Bill) who married a Doris and a Minnie. (never adopted out) - Again, would love to contact with Bill's children.
Wallace who was adopted out. (b abt 1927) - Glad to have gotten in contact with his children!
Anna Mae who evidently was adopted out (b abt 1929) - She was probably adopted out through the TN Children's Home Society (Georgia Tann)

His 2nd marriage was to Fannie Wormsley:

He had a long time girlfriend, Mildred Loy, with whom he had 4 children:
Ellen Jane - adopted out and named changed to Myra b abt 1948
Jackie - adopted out (also a twin) b abt 1949
Jimmy - adopted out b abt 1949
Wanda - adopted out b abt 1952


At one time, Myra was in contact with someone in the family. She had married a Young. I believe she may have been in GA.

It is possible that the twin boys were adopted by a couple in Knoxville, but later moved out of Knoxville (remaining in TN).
