I am searching for a brother of a friend. He was born around the year of 1946 in Monterey, TN at Monterey Hospital in Putnam county. His mother's name was Anna Grace Phillips. Her mother made her put the child up for adoption because she was only 15 yrs. old at the time. Anna Grace died in 1968. Anna Grace's mother's name was Velma Phillips. The father of the baby would be Houston Brown, he is also looking for his son. He and his wife live in Union, MO.
