I am searching for my half brother, here is the info I know. His birth name was Dale William, not what his last name was either Simms or Acquard or Savage. He was born on September 10, 1971 in Nashville, Tenn. He went to Father Bakers(New York) when he was 1 month old. Then went to foster home.
